Welcome to the Frauenbichler-Hof – a lovingly preserved farmhouse over 400 years old in Kappl. Surrounded by wide fields and offering an open view of the Paznaun Valley, you can enjoy absolute peace and quiet here – yet you’re only a few minutes away from the ski areas of Kappl, Ischgl, and See.

Living with Tyrolean charm & comfort
The house offers space for up to 8 people and combines the charm of a traditional Tyrolean farmhouse with cozy living comfort. Its sunny, quiet location, ample parking directly at the house, and a bus stop about 500 m away (free ski bus to the ski areas) make the Frauenbichler-Hof the ideal starting point for active and relaxing holidays.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy Tyrolean farmhouse parlor, a kitchen, a twin room with its own shower, and a separate WC. On the upper floor, there are three double rooms, a bathroom, and another WC. The rooms, paneled with warm Swiss pine wood, give the house a particularly comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

Perfect location for winter & summer activities
In winter, the ski areas of the Paznaun Valley await – from the family-friendly Kappl-Diasbahn (1.4 km) to the famous Ischgl (4.3 km) and the See ski area (8.5 km). In summer, the Frauenbichler-Hof is the perfect starting point for hikes, mountain tours, or leisurely bike rides through the impressive Silvretta mountain range.
