On the most beautiful and highest alpine road in Styria, you can reach our beautiful panoramic mountain Stoderzinken high above Gröbming and the Enns Valley by car.

Beautiful, easily accessible summit hike with beautiful views over Gröbming and the Enns Valley. To the Friedenskirchlein in the footsteps of Peter Rosegger and Emil Ritter von Horstig.

Description
At the crossroads next to the Stoderhütte, the trail branches off to the summit and the Friedenskirchlein, which can be reached in approx. 20 minutes. Narrow and close to the rocks, this beautiful path leads to the little church, which hangs in the rocks like an eagle's nest and offers a magnificent view. To reach the summit, hike back along the same path to the Peter Rosegger monument, then ascend through the mountain pine lanes above the tree line and finally hike comfortably over the treeless heights to the summit. This is a summit to linger and enjoy. You can also return via trail no. 675 to the Brünnerhütte (not serviced) (approx. 0.5 hours longer walk).
