The house enjoys sunshine all day long, giving it its name as well as a friendly atmosphere and warmth.
On the ground floor of the house there is the apartment Sonne 1 with a large kitchen with a spacious dining table, as well as a living room with a couch and television. Also next to the bathroom with toilet is the bedroom with a king-size double bed and a comfortable Emma mattress.
On the upper floor is the second, slightly smaller apartment Sonne 2, which is also equipped with a kitchen, living and sleeping area, and a spacious bathroom with toilet.
The entire house was renovated in 2024 and is therefore in top condition. The kitchens are fully equipped and include all dishes and cooking utensils.
In addition to the two apartments, up to two bedrooms with double beds can optionally be booked. (These double rooms cannot be booked without an apartment!!!!)
There is also the option to rent the entire holiday home for a total of 8 people in double beds and a sofa bed for another two people.
