San Martino in Monte counts with its 120 inhabitants and the Sanctuary of "Saint Martin" to the most beautiful destinations in South Tyrol. The church was probably built over a pagan sanctuary cave. San Martino, nestled in the fascinating Monte Sole is an ideal starting point for easy hikes, as well as "climbers" . An insider tip is the panoramic trail from San Martino to Silandro.
