More than 1,500 participants, including artisans, musicians, choirs, traditional costume groups, and tractor drivers, pour their heart and soul into the festival, giving it its very special touch.
Coming from all parts of Tyrol as well as the neighboring regions of Salzburg, Carinthia, Vorarlberg, and Bavaria, they showcase their craftsmanship in time-honored tradition at around 100 booths.
Authentic folk music, a historic tractor parade, a farmers’ market featuring regional and locally produced goods, and around 800 people in traditional costume provide the festival with just the right touch of tradition and round out the experience.
Not only does craftsmanship have a prominent place during these two days, but authentic folk music is also presented in an authentic manner by seven music groups. Fans of brass band music can look forward to the Simmerinka Brass Band from Haiming on both days, among others. Additionally, the music groups Michl Trio, Die Sunnroaner, Die Vielsaitigen, Feldkirchner Buam, and Die Zammgspieltn will perform in the pedestrian zone.
Numerous delicacies from Grandma’s kitchen are a must. No one will leave the festival hungry.
