You’re looking for some rest and recovery? You badly need a holiday? You don’t want to do without some active holiday? Then why not staying in our house overlooking the stunning Tyrolean mountain view.

Sitting in front of our house or just having a good view out of the window which offers one of the most spectacular mountain scenery in Tyrol. Our well cared and comfortable house (with a unmistakable stunning view over Höfen and the surroundings) you will find on a small hill on the edge of the forest and the village.

Winter, spring, summer or fall – each season has a charm of its own.

Gladly we‘ll help to organise the perfect vacation whether you are a first time tourist or a seasoned visitor. We are looking forward to you visiting our house!
Our apartments:

Enjoy a calm, very cultivated, comfortable cosiness in
our two spacious and well furnished apartments equipped with every necessary comfort.

We are a non-smoker house and beg for your understanding not accepting any pets. Our apartments are a perfect accommodation for 2 to 4 persons. You can also rent them as a complete holiday cottage. Both apartments (each 70 m2) feature two separate bed rooms, a bath room, a separate WC, a completely furnished (with icebox), comfortable kitchen and a cosy living room with cable TV and couch. You can choose between either a terrace with a tiny garden on the edge of the forest or a south-balcony (with garden furniture, canvas chairs, barbecue grill).

The apartment beneath is furnished with a marvellous oriel which provides you an impressive scenery. As you can open its huge swing doors in summer, the apartment permits wheelchair dependent people to move freely. The upper apartment has a traditional wooden pitched roof giving the apartment a warm and sunny atmosphere.

We do our best to help you enjoy your holiday providing a ski room, ski- and boot lockers. Bed linen, towels and parking lots are free. Garage spaces are available on request. Washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee. Every morning, our local baker brings fresh rolls and wholemeal bread up to our house.
