Albula Railway Museum in Bergün

In Bergün, directly on the Albula line of the Rhaetian Railway, the Albula Railway Museum opened in 2012, a place for families and railway enthusiasts. The snorting and rumbling of the locomotives, the silver band of the rails in the mountain landscape, the spectacular tunnels and viaducts, all this makes up the unbroken fascination of the Rhaetian Railway. For over a century, a ride on the Rhaetian Railway has amazed children and adults alike - so it is only natural that the line between Thusis and Tirano has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
