Completely renovated in summer 2017, our family-run holiday retreat in sunny and quiet location offers picture-book panoramic mountain views. Ideal starting point for active winter holidays. The Giggijoch mountain gondola and the village center are about 1.2 km away. Skibus stop at only 20 meters - free shuttle buses every 10 minutes. The cross-country skiing track (5 km long, free of charge) travels past our house.

Comfortable Apartments

We have 3 apartments that sleep 4-10 persons. Our well-equipped and spacious apartments in Sölden will make you feel completely at home.

All our apartments have a kitchen-cum-living room with a hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cutlery and high chair. A dishwasher is also provided in the “Söldenkogel”, “Brunnenkogel” and “Nederkogel” apartments.

Of course, we also provide free WLAN Internet access, a phone, cable TV and safe in each apartment.

The bathrooms are friendly and clean with the necessary amenities including a shower, double washbasin, hairdryer and separate WC. You do not need to worry about hand and bath towels (changed twice a week) or bed linen (changed once a week) as we also provide these for you.

Welcome to the spacious Apartment Söldenkogel on the first floor of our guesthouse Madeleine. The apartment measures 60 m² and has two modern bedrooms, one double bedroom and one triple bedroom, which have recently been renovated. Each room includes a flat-screen television and a balcony offering plenty of living space for the whole family.
