Alpendorf Penthouse on the slopes is one of 5 apartments of a beautifully built luxurious complex. The complex is 800 meters above the slopes and next to the ski lift of the Snow-Space-Salzburg ski area (215 km of slopes) in the cozy Alpendorf, a real ski-in, ski-out location. The beautiful Penthouse can be reached via the stairwell or by elevator. From the apartment you can access the mostly covered terrace and enjoy the view to the southwest on the surrounding mountains. In the morning the sun already rises on the terrace and stays here until late in the evening until it disappears behind the mountains again. If you want to enjoy the sun on the terrace, you will find sun loungers and a sofa where you can settle down with a snack and drink. The slopes can be reached on foot (sliding if there is enough snow) in about 200 meters. The penthouse is truly equipped with all comforts and is spacious and luxuriously furnished. The beautiful heavy roof beams, warm floor and attractive furnishings ensure that you immediately feel at home.

A special detail is the beautiful loft where the 4th bedroom with bathroom is located. On the loft there is a luxurious (sleeping) sofa, but also a TV to which you can connect a game console.
In summer, the Geisterberg & Gernkogel is a real attraction for active holidaymakers, families with children and hikers.
To sleep:
The penthouse has 3 bedrooms with comfortable double beds (180x200) and plenty of storage space and smart TV. Bedroom no. 3 has a separate adjoining kemer with a bunk bed (2 x 90x200). On the loft is a luxurious sofa bed for the 9th and 10th person.

Eating and living:
The spacious living and dining room leaves nothing to be desired, seating and relaxation options for 10 people with large panoramic windows overlooking the surrounding mountains. In the living room you will find a smart TV with chrome cast and a bluetooth stereo system. Free WiFi is available throughout the penthouse.

Kitchen:
The open modern kitchen is fully equipped. Here you will find all common built-in appliances for your holiday kitchen.

Baths & Sauna:
The apartment has 2 bath/shower rooms with toilets. For a small fee you can use the communal sauna of the house.

Terrace:
The terrace has sun all day and overlooks the valley and the surrounding mountains. A large garden table, a lounge corner and sun loungers offer everyone the opportunity to find their own spot.

In Alpendorf there is a small supermarket in the immediate vicinity within walking distance. In the vicinity (about 3 km by car) there are several supermarkets (Billa, Liddl, Spar) and petrol pumps. Sankt Johann, less than 5 minutes by car, is a pleasant town with many shops, restaurants, a bank, sports facilities (swimming pool, fitness, tennis) and a train station. Salzburg airport is approximately 60 km and 40 minutes away by car. The airport can also be reached visa versa by train and bus.

The apartment is not rented out to groups of young people for reasons of tranquility. There are no options yet for charging an electric car. Pets are not allowed.
