We would be delighted to welcome you as our guests in our holiday apartment, furnished with great attention to detail.

A wealth of beautiful nature can be experienced in the valley of the national park. The Hochalm cable cars right outside the door offer a great starting point for winter activities, as does the Kolm Saigurn valley head. A variety of alpine pastures and restaurants invite you to stop for a break.

Families will also find great opportunities for shared activities such as skiing, tobogganing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, winter hikes, and more. Our beautiful sauna rounds off a successful day.

We would be happy to make you a customized offer:

• Approximately 2 hours from Munich, located between Gastein, Kaprun, and Zell am See, not yet overcrowded, a real insider tip.
• 4(+2) people: 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and a sofa bed, plus a travel cot for toddlers, open kitchen and living room with terrace, modern bathroom, washing machine, private outdoor sauna and shower, fast internet, wallbox.
• Summer activities: Hiking in the mountains and the Rauris Primeval Forest in the National Park with approximately 300km of trails for young and old. Lush alpine meadows and mighty 3,000-meter peaks. Excellently serviced alpine pastures offer great hiking, mountain biking, fishing, gold panning, birdwatching and vulture watching, and swimming in the beautiful outdoor pool in the village with views of the valley. A valley bus facilitates access to the alpine pastures and hikes if needed.
• Winter activities: Take the Hochalmbahn cable cars up to 2,175m. A beautiful, family-friendly 32.5 km network of slopes awaits you, with a gondola lift approximately 250 m from the apartment. From alpine skiing, touring skis, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowshoeing, to winter hiking in the unspoiled valley, everything is possible on site.
• A variety of alpine huts and restaurants offer a variety of dining options (from rustic to 2-toque restaurants).
• Relaxing wellness excursions to the local outdoor pool with wonderful valley views or nearby thermal baths in Kaprun or Gasteig.
• Due to allergies, we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets.
• The apartment is accessible from the parking lot on the ground floor but is not wheelchair accessible according to legal regulations.
