Enjoy your summer or winter holiday in this family-run house with its central location, right in the heart of the skiing and hiking paradise of Altenmarkt-Zauchensee. Just a 2 minute walk, brings you to Altenmarkt's marketplace, its shops and restaurants. The free ski bus, for the Altenmarkt-Radstadt and Zauchensee ski areas, stops just 150m from our door.

Catering:
Get a good start to your day with our generous breakfast buffet, where you can eat to your heart's content. Special requirements can also be catered for.
During the winter months, there is a selection of cold meats and cheeses, smoked salmon pieces, crudites and fruit salad, white rolls, rye bread, cakes or muffins, jams, butter, margerine, nutella, pate, honey, joghurt, muesli, cornflakes, raisins, a selection of fruit juices, coffee, hot chocolate as well as our Bioteaque Tea Bar with its wonderful range of quality teas.

Our breakfast team are also happy to magic up eggs, cooked to your taste.

Our comfort rooms:
The cosy, Austrian cottage style rooms are all equipped with cable TV (flatscreen), shower or bathtub, WC, make-up mirror, hairdryer, towel dryer and underfloor heating and most of them have a telephone, room safe and balcony or French balcony. You can reach the rooms comfortably by elevator
We offer free W-LAN internet access in the whole house.

*Relaxation
The small but fine sauna area: In our sauna, the infrared sauna with coloured light or in the steam bath you can really relax. Bathrobes and sauna towels are available free of charge.

Enjoy the central location close to the village centre. The stop for the free ski bus is only about 150 m from the hotel, as is the entrance to the Tauern cross-country ski trail.

Distance to the ski lifts: Altenmarkt-Radstadt ski area approx. 1 km, Zauchensee ski paradise approx. 10 km, Flachau approx. 6 km.

A 4km long, illuminated toboggan run with a height difference of 400 meters leads from our Hochnössleralm, which is part of the hotel, to the valley station of the Altenmarkt-Radstadt ski area. There are regular hut evenings on the Hochnössleralm with live music, opportunities to dance and funny interludes, where your innkeeper, Sepp, makes music himself. Among other things, sensational live CDs "Auf der Hüttn" have already been recorded!

Especially in the summer months we are specialised for group travels and offer in summer as well half-board for groups, barbecue at the hotel or on the "Hochnössler-Hut" and an attractive and organised program. Your hiking and sightseeig-tours are guided by your host "Sepp" who takes care with his accordeon for music and entertainment.
