Nestled in the magnificent mountain world of the valley at 1130 meters above sea level in the district of Unterkirchen.
Both in summer and in winter the ideal place to enjoy some well-deserved peace and quiet or to do some sport, like winterhiking, cross country skiing or alpine skiing.
The nearest cross-country ski trail is just 5 minutes from the house.
In the immediate vicinity you will find local restaurants.
If you want to travel without your car on vacation, you can use the regular bus and train service. The bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away.
