In Bizau, there are approximately 8.5 kilometres of cross-country skiing and skating trails available in beautiful, sunny countryside.

The Bizau trail is connected to the trails in the neighbouring communities of Reuthe and Bezau, offering a total of approximately 33 kilometres of cross-country skiing fun!
In addition to our beautiful winter hiking trails, there are also groomed hiking trails along our cross-country trails across snow-covered meadows and fields. These can also be used by skaters.
In the WITUS municipalities of Bizau, Bezau, Mellau, Reuthe and Schnepfau, there are a total of over 58 km of cross-country trails and 80 km of winter hiking trails available – all easily accessible with bus line 833!

Underdorf-Ulfen trail (classic and skating)
Length: approx. 3 km
Difficulty: easy
Starting points: village square at Hotel Schwanen, accessible via the Oberdorf and Reuthe trails

Oberdorf trail (classic and skating)
Length: approx. 4 km
Difficulty: easy
Starting points: village square at Hotel Schwanen, Winkel district, accessible via the Unterdorf-Ulfen trail

Moos trail (classic and skating)
Length: approx. 1.5 km
Difficulty: medium
Access points: accessible via the Oberdorf cross-country ski trail
