Filzmoos - Sattelbauer

Start your tour at the Filzmoos Adventure Portal (Erlebnisportal Filzmoos) and turn left onto the main road towards Eben im Pongau. Pass Hotel Unterhof and continue onto the adjacent cycle path. Follow the cycle path comfortably downhill through the valley. You will pass the Filzmoos sports ground before reaching Gasthof Krahlehenhof. Shortly after the inn, cross the main road and continue on the cycle path on the opposite side. Just before the Neuberg junction, leave the cycle path and continue on the asphalt road. Follow this road straight ahead all the way to Eben im Pongau. In Eben, continue until just before the railway crossing, where you rejoin the cycle path heading towards Altenmarkt. Stay on the cycle path until you reach a junction and follow the signs towards Flachau. After the junction, the climb begins. Continue following the signs to Berggasthof Sattelbauer. The route ascends steadily and rewards you with beautiful views of the surrounding mountain landscape. At Berggasthof Sattelbauer, you can enjoy a relaxing break and regional specialties in a traditional mountain inn. For the return journey, simply follow the same route back to Filzmoos.
