That's us.
A Belgian family who followed their longing for the mountains. A family who lives hospitality and loves to offer their guests a beautiful home. We want you to feel comfortable with us and experience and enjoy nature.

Here's where you can find us.
We are the first house you see when you enter Kleinarl. Parking spaces are available. The location of our apartments is the perfect starting point in every season.

In summer, numerous hiking trails start from the house – for example, to the Mooskopf, the Penkkopf, or the Tappenkarsee lake. The starting point for the Kleinarl climbing park is also located next to our house. You can enter the bike path in front of our house, which leads you either to Wagrain, to the Jägersee or directly into the mountains.

What we offer.
A small, very personal apartment house with only 2 units. The apartments are fully equipped, lovingly furnished, the beds are made, and towels are provided. For weekly stays, you can exchange towels once in the middle of the week.
We are happy to offer a bread roll service from the local bakery.
