Nature park community of Fliess

The village of Fließ, situated on a sunny slope and at the heart of the Kaunergrat Nature Park, is characterised by the diversity of its flora and fauna and numerous natural features. The archaeology that can be experienced there and the numerous cultural highlights also characterise the townscape of Fliess. Finds from the Tyrolean section of the 2000-year-old Via Claudia Augusta Roman road are exhibited in the documentation centre and the archaeological museum.
