Our family-run guesthouse is situated in Hippach on a quiet and sunny location with a beuatiful view. It´s only a 5 minutes walk to the village center. It's only a few steps to skibus stop and then a 7 minutes bus ride (2 KM) to the valleystation of the Horbergbahn, from therew you can use the 8-person gondola to reach the great ski-area. The ski resorts of Zell am Ziller (Zillertal Arena) and Kaltenbach (Hochzillertal) are very easy to reach also. Our house is situated close to the railway station and the stop of the village bus to bring a visit to the surrounding villages.
Whatever the season, the guest is the focus in our house. This is demonstrated by the always returning regulars!

Enjoy your stay in our comfortable guest rooms where you will find hospitality and cordiality. We can offer you double rooms in quiet surrroundiings with acomfortable furnishing. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, small sitting area, satellite TV with flat screen, radio, hairdryer, safe and a balcony. Or, 1 double room with private shower/WC at the hall. Wireless Internet available (against payment). From your balcony you have a magnificent view over the Zillertal mountains.

A heated ski room and drying room offers space for all kinds of winter sports equipment

A common room for a nice evening with friends or a cozy rest is available for you. Refrigerator, coffeemachine, dishes and glasses can be used free of charge.

So you will have a nice start of the day, we will be glad to spoil you with a rich breakfast.
