Estación de esquí Kirchberglift / Oberweißbach

The ski resort is situated on the 785-metre-high Kirchberg, on the north-western side, right next to the Fröbelturm observation tower.
Thanks to its geographical location, the ski resort enjoys excellent snow conditions.
The two ski runs, measuring 200 m and 595 m respectively, are situated on a north-west-facing slope with a magnificent view stretching from the Langeberg region all the way to Erfurt. Run 1 (blue) is particularly suitable for children and beginners. From 15 April 2026, the ski resort will be expanded.
The current T-bar lift will be replaced by a POLGLOB lift with a high cable route. The total length will be 270 m.
The current T-bar lift will be installed at the lower end of the run, covering a length of 140 m.
The total length of all runs will then be 1.05 km.
Run 1 is equipped with floodlights.
