Landhaus HORNGACHER**** is located right next to two ski school meeting points. Since the skiing slopes are right next-door, to enter the huge ski resort "SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser/Brixental" simply take a few steps outside, put your skis on and enjoy the sport. The free public bus service's stop and the prepared cross-country skiing trails are both nearby. Due to its central location our house can easily be reached throughout the season. Ellmau's and the entire "Wilder Kaiser" area's great winter offers are quite compelling. Besides the grand possibilities for alpine and cross-country skiers there are extensive winter hiking trails, a lighted toboggan run, many different après-ski offers and much more.

Apartments

All three of our apartments offer a neat and cosy atmosphere with great attention to detail. Bedclothes, table linen as well as towels are provided. We can also provide a children’s bed and a high chair on demand.

Apartment 1 Kapellenblick: Top floor, 2 to 4 people, 47 sqm

Comfortable solid-wood living room with cablevision, radio and CD-player, wireless Internet access, double bed sofa-sleeper and dining area; fully equipped kitchen with microwave; a separate bedroom; shower with double washbasin and hairdryer; separate toilet; sunny balcony with view on the “Kapellenpark” (park at the base of the chapel's hill).

Apartment 2 Kaiserblick: Top floor, 4 to 6 people, 70 sqm

Spacious harmonically furnished living room with double bed sofa-sleeper, cablevision, radio and CD-player, wireless Internet access, dining area in the bay (facing east), as well as sunny balcony with view of the “Kapellenpark” (park at the base of the chapel's hill); shower with double washbasin and hairdryer; separate toilet.

Apartment Panoramablick: Penthouse, 4 to 6 persons, 120 sq m (1292 sq ft)

A dream to live – wooden attic ceiling and solid wood parquet throughout the apartment. For lovers of natural design, fine modern accents and generous space.

The kitchen, dining and living area with large south and west-facing balconies has a fully equipped spruce wood kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, leather covered dining furniture, a spacious living area including a sofa bed and a 46″ flat screen SAT-TV.

Two double and one single bed-room with panoramic view over either the Wilder Kaiser mountain ridge, the Lofer mountains or the Visitation chapel – equipped with solid wood furniture. Extra bed, cot etc. possible.

Two bathrooms – one with a view over the Wilder Kaiser range, charcoal/burgundy colored with bath/shower, double basin and toilet – the other is reverse colored (burgundy/charcoal) and contains a shower and a toilet. Furthermore, a separate toilet room adds to the holiday dream.

In addition, a spacious corridor, regulated ventilation systems and many small details contribute to a harmonious living experience. Wireless Internet is available throughout the apartment.

Fitness room and playroom

Our well-furnished fitness room and playroom with various pieces of sports equipment, table tennis and table soccer, will suit all tastes. Furthermore, we provide children’s beds, high chairs, dryers for shoes, a storage room for skis, a drying room, access to a washing machine, as well as access to our garden and lawn, children’s playing area and parking lots directly next to the house.
