Sensational trail through the forest at the base of the Steinernes Meer range. Fairly demanding due to the altitude diference and topography.

Comming from Zell am See: At the second roundabout traffic take the second and drive straight ahead. Take the second right, follow the road to the Armed Forces, then turn right, follow the road about 200 meters and then turn right to the builer's yard Saalfelden ( Ramseiden).
Take the train and start to enjoy your vacation as soon as you leave home. Relax and enjoy the view as you travel to Saalfelden Leogang with no traffic to slow you down. Visit the website of the Austrian railway (ÖBB) for schedules and tickets to Saalfelden station: www.oebb.at
BY BUS
The starting point at the recycling depot Saalfelden can be reached by bus from the city center of Saalfelden. The bus stop "Saalfelden Wirtschaftshof" is located directly at the starting point of the hike. Further information can be found at https://fahrplan.salzburg-verkehr.at/
