GTA: Stage 18 Rifugio della Colma - Molini di Calasca

From Rifugio della Colma located in the locality Alpe La Colma dei Prei you start to descend along an easy mule track to Alpe Aloro (1565 m). After a short stretch on the hillside you start to descend more decisively reaching Alpe La Barca at about 1150 m. From here, after another short stretch on the hillside, you return to the woods and the descent becomes steeper. Then you come across a chapel and, leaving the fork of the path to Drocala on the left, you reach the village of Olino (845 m), a beautiful balcony over Valle Anzasca. The mule track proceeds downhill, intersecting the carriage road at times to the hamlet of Crotto, with characteristic houses of the lower Valle Anzasca, and then to Porcareccia. From here you take a stretch of the "Stra Granda" mule track on the right that goes along the entire Valle Anzasca and quickly reaches the locality of Molini di Calasca where you can stay.
