From the railway station of Bogliasco take the road to Sessarego. After 500 meters and after a bridge, find a stair to Sessarego. Follow toward the church, reach in the right a cemented road half way all the valley. Find on the right via della Gaigiana, follow it till Passo della Crocetta (small spring, 501m), at the crossing with the track coming from Nervi (sign: two red triangles). Follow up along the ridge. After 1 Km reach a meadowland (below Bric Gianesi) where, on the right there is a small track to follow down till Sessarego, passing through Costa du Cian. Come back till Bogliasco with the outward path.
by train (line Genova – Pisa – Livorno) get off at Bogliasco railway station.
from Genova Nervi or Recco motorway exit (A12 Genova-Livorno) reach Bogliasco.
