OUR HOUSE
Our house is situated in St. Georgen near Bruneck, in a quiet location close to the edge of the forest. The house offers a beautiful garden, which can be used as a sunbathing lawn and playground - there are recreational areas in the immediate vicinity.
If you are looking for shopping, culture or culinary delights, you will find them in the small town of Bruneck, 2 km away, which can be easily reached by bike, city bus or on foot.
OUR FLATS
Our light-flooded flats are all south-facing with a view of the Kronplatz ski area. They are lovingly and cosily furnished and fully equipped. We attach great importance to cleanliness and hygiene, which our guests particularly appreciate!
Bruneck Kronplatz Card
The Bruneck Kronplatz Card is also included in the price. In addition to free mobility, the Bruneck Kronplatz Card includes interesting benefits and discounts at various local leisure facilities and museums as well as participation in the weekly programme. The nearest bus stop is only 100 metres from our house.
Children welcome
Children are very welcome and stay with us at a reduced price (up to 12 years). Please let us know the age of your children in the comments section and we will be happy to make you a personalised offer.
Children under 2 years stay with us free of charge.
Pets
Of course your four-legged friend is also welcome (but only on the ground floor). For him or her we charge Euro 15,00 per day (food not included).
We would like to point out that the dog must not be left alone in the flat. Fields, meadows and romantic forest paths outside our garden are available for walking; please do not use the entrance area or our garden as a toilet
We provide 2 food bowls for the dog. In addition, a small bag of treats as a gift on arrival.
The prices are valid for stays of 4 days or more. For shorter stays a surcharge will be charged.
Arrival & Departure
The flat is reserved for you from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:00 on the day of departure.
Further modalities
Delays must be announced by telephone or e-mail.
Cancellations must be notified two weeks before the date of arrival.
The conditions agreed in the booking regarding the number of persons and the price apply.
There is no entitlement on the part of guests to accommodate unannounced persons.
Cot or high chair will be provided on request.
Appartements Tamanhof is a non-smoking house. It is possible to smoke on the balconies or outside.
The cancellation conditions agreed at the time of booking apply.
*Availability is not guaranteed and must be confirmed by the landlord after enquiry.
We accept cash, bank transfer and card payments (bank and credit cards). Outstanding amounts must be paid on the day of your arrival or 1 day before departure.
For a binding reservation we ask you for a deposit of 25%(min 200,- €) of the total price.
Starting from 01/01/2024 all prices shown are subject to a Tourist Tax amounting EURO 2,50 per person (aged 14 and over) per day, payable upon departure.
