The area is home to a rich variety of flora and fauna and is part of the selected “Emerald Areas”, recognised for their particularly valuable natural habitats.

This approximately 100 m² holiday apartment is located in a two-family house built in 1909 in Italian Art Nouveau style by returning Engadine emigrants.

A large garden and a cosy outdoor seating area invite you to enjoy barbecues and relaxing hours outdoors. From the balcony you can admire magnificent views of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The warm and comfortably furnished apartment offers everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The living room features a comfortable seating area and reading chair, perfect for unwinding with a good book. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with separate freezer compartment. The dining table with corner bench is ideal for shared meals and games.

The three bedrooms are equipped with two single beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm), one double bed (180 x 200 cm) and one single bed (120 x 200 cm). Two bathrooms provide additional comfort. One bathroom features a double washbasin, bathtub, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer, while the second offers a shower and toilet.

A reserved parking space is available near the school building. Additional parking spaces can be found at the nearby train station. Local shops are within easy walking distance.
