The 75m2 apartment was rebuilt with great attention to detail and tastefully decorated. The well-equipped kitchen, originally the Piertan Engadinerhauses, is the heart of the apartment and invites you to cook and linger over good food and a glass of wine. Here is the old wooden floor! In the living and sleeping areas is a beautiful, some still original, wooden floor. The bedroom is located in the former "Cha da fö" (kitchen). Here you can still see the traditional curvature on the outer wall of the bedroom. In the bathroom it has plates. The apartment is not suitable for children.

The environment invites you to small and large walks in a unique natural and cultural landscape, which begins practically on the doorstep. You can go shopping in the nearby Volg (150m) or in the bakeries and many local shops on Stradun. The ski bus stop can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The use of the ski bus can be used free of charge in winter. The trail is only 850 m away, as is the Bogn Engiadina with its unique spa and sauna area.
