Apart Marianne offers a very comfortable apartment for up to 6 persons on the first floor of the house. The apartment house is located in a very quiet and sunny location in Ramsau in the holiday region Mayrhofen in the Zillertal.
A hiking trail and bike path in front of the house leads directly to the sports and amusement park and the adventure swimming pool "Hippach". The center of Ramsau as well as Hippach is within walking distance.
In a distance of approx. 70 m you find the ski bus stop, from where you can reach the largest ski areas of the Zillertal valley (Mountain railways Mayrhofen - ski area Penken, Horberg and Ahorn, Zillertal Arena, Hochzillertal,...).
In summer, the local bus / hiking bus stops at there too and takes you to various starting points for extensive hikes in the Zillertal.
