Corvatsch 3303
The highest summit station in the eastern Alps has plenty to offer in summer, too: the Corvatsch spoils visitors with marvellous panoramic views, numerous sports possibilities and mouth-watering culinary treats.
Whether a trip up the mountain with lunch at the top, a leisurely family hike or a challenging sports activity: there is something for everyone along the 80 km of hiking paths in the Corvatsch-Furtschellas region.
The summer sports region nestles amidst spectacular panoramic scenery. Towering up on one side is the mighty Bernina massif, with the snow-capped ice giants, the Piz Bernina and Piz Roseg, and the Corvatsch Glacier. On the other side, the view extends over the summery mountain peaks and the glittering lake-strewn landscape of the Upper Engadin.
Five mountain restaurants serving local specialities ensure that guests do not go hungry. There are also two well-equipped barbecue sites for hikers who prefer to cook the natural way.
